Our glamorous hotel offers a wonderful space to enjoy your favourite cocktails and Champagne, feast on our sumptuous menu devised specially for the occasion, and dance the night away with our resident DJ – the perfect party atmosphere to see you into 2024!

Our New Year’s Eve party:

• Our exceptional 2-course New Year’s Eve menu* will be served between 6pm and 8pm
• Complimentary glass of bubbles at midnight to ring in the New Year for all our guests
• DJ & Dancing until 1am in our Coral Lounge
• New Year’s Eve decorations, including table novelties

New Year’s Eve Menu

Starters

Antipasto: Sliced salami, pastrami & chorizo with feta cheese, houmous, roasted bell peppers & pitta bread with balsamic oil 

Bruschetta: Fresh tomato, basil, onion & garlic with avocado, with a lemon, parsley & olive oil drizzle 

Mediterranean vegetable soup: Served with pesto, croutons & crusty bread 

Main Course

Meat Platter: Sliced fillet of beef with teriyaki sauce, lamb shank in red wine, Guinness barbeque sticky baby back ribs, Asian sesame chicken skewers with peanut sauce, served with a selection of seasonal vegetables & rosemary chateau potatoes 

Seafood Platter: Grilled half-lobster thermidor, soya, ginger & honey marinated cod loin skewers, glazed fillet of salmon, dynamite tiger prawns served with sautéed samphire & garlic pitta bread

Sweet Platter

Finish your meal with a delicious sweet treat

Citron tart, vanilla panna cotta, white chocolate dipped strawberries, red velvet truffles & chocolate brownie with a raspberry coulis

Price: 2-course meal £75 per person and desserts £7.95 extra per dessert.

Non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking.
